Sarah "Sally" Mays was my 4th great Grandmother. She was born in 1836 in Perry Co., KY; she died June 20/21, 1913 in Lee Co., KY. She married Albert Stamper (1834-1863) on Nov. 27, 1853 in Breathitt Co., KY. He was the son of Enoch Stamper and Mary Isabelle McIntosh.
Sarah was the daughter of Thomas Mays (1807-1857) and Nancy Becknell (1812-<1870).
Any information on Thomas or Nancy would he appreciated.
