I am also looking for information on the Becknal's in Iowa. My grandfather was the late Neil Becknal of Emmetsburg, IA. His first wife's name was Elsie. Sad to say that I don't know his widow's name. All my grandfather knew was that the Becknal's have been in Iowa since before the Civil War. He said that there were Becknal's that fought for the North during the war. Neil's grandson JEFF BECKNAL
