I just got your message that you wanted to correspond with me - Sorry.
I've been corresponding with Betty Beaudoin. Is that your mom? But I haven't heard from her since last April[2004] or so. I had hoped to visit on our way through FL this Dec. but my husband fell and it was impossible.
I was able to confirm that Aggiebella's father, Charles James Britland, was actually captured by the US on a blockade runner in 1864, the "privie steamer Rouen" to quote the paperwork. That is all that is new on the Britland front.
