Hi, I found the name John H. Bicknell on the Pension Index information for my GreatGreatGrandfather John H.K. Styer. it was listed like this:
Widow-Nancy Styer
Moner- John H. Bicknell-Gdn
John H.K. Styer died on1/16/1865 from wounds in the Civil War.
It says that Nancy filed for Pension in March of 1865 and
John H. Bicknell(Miner) filed for the pension In Jan. or June of 1871.
Do you have any idea what the relation ship is between them??
